This is the marketing site for ikiRuska. The data controller is Austrvegr Ventures Ltd (trading as ikiRuska), Finland — contact: support@ikiruska.com. What we process

Waitlist sign-up: work email address, optional locale, source page URL
Contact / support form: name, email, company, phone (optional), message
Site visits: IP address and standard request metadata, via self-hosted, cookie-free analytics

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This site runs a self-hosted Matomo instance on our own EU infrastructure (Finland) — not a third-party analytics provider — configured cookie-free. It processes only your IP address and standard request metadata (page visited, referrer, browser/device type) to produce aggregate visit statistics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no individual profile is built about you.

Legal basis

Consent — waitlist sign-ups require an explicit checkbox before submission; consent timestamp is stored alongside the record. Site analytics rely on legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage.

Where it's processed

Submissions are stored in our CRM (River), hosted on our own EU infrastructure — not sent to third-party marketing platforms.

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — contact us at support@ikiruska.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Finland: Tietosuojavaltuutettu).
